Sea News

The 2025-2026 nesting season is marking a milestone in our foundation's history. Thanks to the strategic deployment of our teams on Moaba's beaches and at critical nest sites, we have actively protected more than 450 nests .

Our night patrols are not just surveillance rounds; they are the final barrier between a species' survival and the threat of extinction. Every night, under the red light of our flashlights (which doesn't disturb the turtles), our experts ensure that each female can lay her eggs in peace and that her eggs remain safe from predators and illegal poaching.

The impact in numbers:

  • 95% success rate in protecting nests in high-risk areas.

  • More than 2,000 newborns safely released into the ocean.

  • Full coverage of the 15 kilometers of the most vulnerable coastline.

Do you want to be part of this story? Your support funds the equipment needed for our patrol boats to continue being the guardians of the sea.
